Do you sell authentic products?

Yes all the shoes that we sell are 100% authentic. We do not sell any fakes, B-grades or factory variants.

How long does it take for the shoes to be sent out?

Once the payment has been made, we usually ship within 1-3 business days.

How long does it take to arrive?

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The item will arrive within 2-3 business days (to most domestic locations). A tracking number will be provided once the shoes are shipped.

Does the package come with signature confirmation?

Yes all of our packages come with signature confirmation as an extra layer of security. Please make sure someone over the age of 18 will be home to sign for the package.

How are the shoes packaged?

We double box all of our shoes so it is guaranteed to arrive at your door in good condition.

Do you accept refunds?

All sales are final. Please make sure you order the correct item and select the correct size.
